Founded in Damascus in 2026, JUICY MIX is developing distinctive fruit-flavoured beverages with a focus on appealing taste, creative packaging and carefully selected ingredients. Our manufacturing technology
From preparation to packaging
JUICY MIX is developing its beverage production facility in Damascus. The proposed SCINOX line brings together preparation, thermal processing, storage, PET filling, product coding and automated cleaning. The equipment is currently being procured and is not yet operating at our facility.
PROJECT STATUS · EQUIPMENT UNDER PROCUREMENT

Preparation & mixing
A 1,000 L sugar-solution preparation unit and 2,000 L beverage preparation tanks are specified for the proposed line.

Thermal processing
The proposed thermal-processing stage includes pasteurization followed by cooling before downstream handling.

Process holding tanks
A 3,000 L holding tank is specified to support the transfer of prepared beverage between processing stages.

PET bottle filling
The proposed line includes PET bottle blowing and an integrated washing, filling and capping system.

Coding & packaging
Downstream operations are planned to include inspection, drying, date coding and sleeve-label application.

Automated CIP cleaning
A 500 L automatic clean-in-place (CIP) system is specified to support equipment cleaning between production cycles.
